The Village of Baytowne Wharf
The
Village of Baytowne Wharf, a 28-acre mini-resort within
a resort, located in the heart of Sandestin Golf and Beach
Resort, is Intrawest’s newest venture and first “warm
weather” property.
Intrawest had a very clear idea of
the overall “look and feel” they wanted for
the signage. Baytowne Wharf, to be sure, isn’t your
typical commercial development. The signage plays a very
important role in the creation of the ambiance and whole
resort experience. Their signage criteria states “Imaginative
use of materials is encouraged” and their signage
objective states, “A successful signage program involves
a series of signs that enhance the architecture, excite
the guests and most importantly, communicate the specialty
of each business”. |

It’s that type of
attitude toward signage coupled with the talented artistry
of Mike Sheehan and his crew at Classic Sign & Mirror that
gave birth to some very unique signs. Classic Sign & Mirror
